On June 17, 2025, the 1st Exploitation Workshop took place at the Moldova State University (P5.USM). This event was organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ Skills4Future project – “Developing and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses”.
The purpose of the Event was to facilitate the further exploitation of good practices and results obtained within the Skills4Future project, based on ensuring an efficient connection between education, research and innovation with the private sector.
The 1st Exploitation Workshop was attended by representatives of the local business environment – representatives of the companies “Lozviac-Agro” SRL, “TMMARKET” SRL, “Tetis International Co” SRL, OCN “Microinvest” SRL, “Go&Create” SRL, “Gecko VFX” SRL, SA “Ungheni-Vin”, “Dalup-Agro” SRL, the Wine Association of the delimited geographical region “CODRU”, etc.
The 1st Exploitation Workshop presented the results received within the Skills4Future project, good practices, as well as their impact on the entrepreneurial training process in the context of collaboration with the local business environment. The STEAM skills developed in the project, especially the innovative and digitalization ones, were highlighted.
In a collaborative approach, students, teachers and representatives of the business environment discussed the current challenges regarding the employability of young people and the integration of STEAM skills into the curriculum. Company representatives presented the real needs of the labor market, internship programs and opportunities for collaboration with the academic environment.
The 1st Exploitation Workshop event was organized within the “STEAM Skills and Innovation Center” of the Moldova State University.
