On 17 November 2025, the STEAM-USM Center hosted the third Exploitation Workshop organized under the Erasmus+ project Skills4Future – “Developing and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses.”
The event featured two entrepreneurs as guest speakers:
– Adrian TĂTĂROI, SRL PROXIDEI – “The impact of digitalization on strategic decision-making: advantages and disadvantages.”
– Radu GALAC, SRL GALAC-WEB – “Educational program for training entrepreneurs and their teams, focused on understanding and applying modern technologies (CRM, ERP, AI, Digital Marketing).”
The aim of the event was to facilitate the continued exploitation of good practices and results achieved within the Skills4Future project by strengthening effective connections between education, research, innovation, and the private sector.
Through a collaborative approach, students, academic staff, and business representatives discussed current challenges related to youth employability and the integration of STEAM competencies into the curriculum. Representatives of the following companies and organizations presented current labor market needs, internship programs, and collaboration opportunities with academia: “ASEN PROGRES Group” SRL, Wine-Growing Association of the Delimited Geographical Region “CODRU”, EM “Logistics Service” SRL, “Proxidei” SRL, “Medconsulting Service” SRL, National Technology Transfer Network (RNTT), “Ultra Limit” SRL, “Galac-Web” SRL, “EDU Partner” NGO, National Agency for Research and Development (NARD), “Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Moldova” (AFAM).
The third Exploitation Workshop was organized within the STEAM Skills and Innovation Center of the Moldova State University.
