On October 18, 2025, within the STEAM-USM Center, the third Multiplier Event took place – “Organize and carry out Multiplier Conference at the local level to spread out STEAM skills for sustainability responsibilities relevant to local business challenges”. The event was attended by teachers, students and representatives of the business environment – USM stakeholders.
The goal of the Multiplier Event was to identify STEAM skills that can contribute to solving environmental problems determined by the local business context in order to achieve sustainable, collaborative and innovative development of the national economy.
The guest speaker was Daniel Evtodiev, entrepreneur, owner of the company “Senelis.Com” SRL, a local manufacturer of quality furniture
The speech addressed various topics related to the efficient management of a successful business, namely – streamlining production processes, the significance of implementing modern technologies, judicious resource planning, as well as the challenges in the local furniture industry.

The event ended with a question and answer session from the students, which demonstrated their great interest, as well as the importance of this type of event. We note that 32 students from the “Business and Administration” specialty participated in the event.
The third Multiplier Event offered us the opportunity to proactively interact and transfer knowledge with colleagues, experts and business practitioners.
This event was organized and held within the STEAM-USM Center of the Skills4future project – “Developing and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses”, ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE-STRAND-2.
