This event was organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ Skills4Future project &#8211; \u201cDeveloping and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The FP_4 sessions were attended by 18 students from the Business and Administration program, 7 academic staff members \u2013 including members of the Skills4Future project group \u2013 as well as 8 representatives of the local business community. Representatives of the local business environment attended the event &#8211; <em>\u201cCSD LAB\u201d SRL, SA \u201cUngheni-Vin\u201d, \u201cFitness One\u201d SRL, \u201cPara\u0219ciuc Ecaterina\u201d SRL, S.C. \u201cZurzulea-Com\u201d SRL., \u201cArvi Invest Trading\u201d SRL, \u201cInternational Bible Mission\u201d Foundation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During Follow-up Workshop_4, there were exchanges of opinions and analyses regarding the opportunity and rationale for implementing innovative elements in the Bachelor&#8217;s degree program in Business and Administration.
