During the week of September 15\u201319, 2025, P5.USM hosted a series of activities dedicated to innovation, digitalization, and sustainability, organized as part of the DIGITAL & GREEN WEEK. These activities were carried out within the Erasmus+ project Skills4Future \u2013 \u201cDeveloping and Enhancing STEAM Skills of Students and Teachers for Curricular Innovation and Sustainable Development of Higher Education Institutions and Local Businesses\u201d. The event aimed to explore four essential directions for shaping the competencies of future high-performing specialists in the field of \u201cBusiness and Administration\u201d: Business 4.0 trends; Digital innovation and entrepreneurship; Intelligence skills for social innovation; Circular economy and green competences.<\/p>\n
P5.USM students had the opportunity to engage directly with speakers from the local business community:<\/p>\n
– Vitalie Toma, manager at the Employers\u2019 Association \u201cMoldcontrol\u201d, who addressed the topic \u201cThe Role of Extended Producer Responsibility in the Transition Towards a Circular Economy\u201d.<\/p>\n
– Simion Romanciuc, manager at \u201cOilTech\u201d SRL, who discussed \u201cBusiness 4.0 Trends.\u201d<\/p>\n
– Dr. Iuliana Dr\u0103g\u0103lin, project manager at AFAM \u2013 \u201cAssociation of Women Entrepreneurs of Moldova\u201d, who delivered a motivational speech on \u201cDigitalization and the Ecological Environment in the Republic of Moldova \u2013 Opportunities for Small Businesses\u201d.<\/p>\n
– Dorin Untila, Ruslan Casapu, and Polina Neagu, representatives of \u201cStock Plus\u201d SRL, professionals who shared authentic insights into the challenges and opportunities of the business environment.<\/p>\n
The students showed genuine interest in the topics discussed. A total of 212 students attended the lectures. The DIGITAL & GREEN WEEK also brought together teaching staff, including members of the Skills4Future project team, as well as the representative of the associated partner of P5.USM \u2013 the NGO \u201cTechnology Transfer Network of Moldova\u201d (RTTM).<\/p>\n
The DIGITAL & GREEN WEEK at P5.USM once again confirms the university\u2019s role as a platform for dialogue between the academic and entrepreneurial communities, opening new perspectives for developing the skills of students specializing in \u201cBusiness and Administration\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
