On October 20, 2025, the second Exploitation Workshop took place at the State University of Moldova (P5.USM). This event was held within the framework of the Erasmus+ Skills4Future project – \u201cDeveloping and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n The second Exploitation Workshop<\/em>\u00a0was attended by representatives of the local business environment – representatives of the companies Insurance Agency \u201cTehnoasist\u201d SRL, SC \u201cStici\u201d SRL, EM \u201cLogistics Service\u201d SRL, “Five Luxe” SRL, “Medocrem” SRL, “M-Testing” SRL, Banca Comercial\u0103 \u201cMAIB\u201d SA, “Corporate KKK Sale” SRL, “Sebo Credit” SRL, OCM “Microinvest” SRL, “Medconsulting Service” SRL, “Elevate Consulting” SRL.<\/em><\/p>\n The guest speaker was Radu Galac<\/em>, entrepreneur, owner of “Galac Web” SRL<\/em>, a successful IT company.<\/p>\n The purpose of the Event<\/em>\u00a0was to facilitate the further exploitation of good practices and results obtained within the Skills4Future project, based on ensuring an efficient connection between education, research and innovation with the private sector.<\/p>\n During the second Exploitation Workshop, the results received within the Skills4Future project were presented, as well as the impact of good practices on the entrepreneurial training process in the context of collaboration with the local business environment. Company representatives presented the real needs of the labor market, internship programs and opportunities for collaboration with the academic environment. In a collaborative approach, students, teachers and business representatives discussed the current challenges regarding youth employability and the integration of STEAM skills into the curriculum.<\/p>\n The Exploitation Workshop_2<\/em>\u00a0event was organized within the \u201cSTEAM Skills and Innovation Center\u201d of the Moldova State University.<\/em><\/p>\n \n\t\t
