{"id":834,"date":"2025-11-17T10:09:21","date_gmt":"2025-11-17T10:09:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/skills4future.usm.md\/?p=834"},"modified":"2025-12-08T10:12:26","modified_gmt":"2025-12-08T10:12:26","slug":"the-third-exploitation-workshop-held-within-the-skills4future-project-at-p5-usm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/skills4future.usm.md\/?p=834","title":{"rendered":"The Third Exploitation Workshop Held within the Skills4Future Project at P5.USM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On 17 November 2025, the STEAM-USM Center hosted the third Exploitation Workshop organized under the Erasmus+ project Skills4Future \u2013 <em>\u201cDeveloping and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event featured two entrepreneurs as guest speakers:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; <em>Adrian T\u0102T\u0102ROI, SRL PROXIDEI<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 \u201cThe impact of digitalization on strategic decision-making: advantages and disadvantages.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; <em>Radu GALAC, SRL GALAC-WEB<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 \u201cEducational program for training entrepreneurs and their teams, focused on understanding and applying modern technologies (CRM, ERP, AI, Digital Marketing).\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>The aim of the event<\/em>\u00a0was to facilitate the continued exploitation of good practices and results achieved within the Skills4Future project by strengthening effective connections between education, research, innovation, and the private sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through a collaborative approach, students, academic staff, and business representatives discussed current challenges related to youth employability and the integration of STEAM competencies into the curriculum.
